Bought four dining room chairs, one of which had not had its frame neatly sprayed. Indicated upon delivery and the delivery drivers/technicians had taken photos, the answer was fine. We received the new chair this week. Very well organized and thanks for the good service.

In 2017 we bought a sofa, used it for over 6 years and it has always fit well. Bought from MCB for the 2nd time without a doubt and again super satisfied. In our family everyone always buys their sofa from MCB furniture because of the quality and good service they provide. Moreover, they are always cheerful, cooperative and accommodating!! We are very happy with the furniture. Delivered on time as agreed. The delivery people were very polite. Furniture was set up and all cardboard etc. was taken away. In the shop; Friendly welcome, clear advice and customer-friendly employees who think along with you. Definitely worth 5*!

terrible store. sales went well. good talk. they can latch on well. after service is horrible. After a year of use, our baking set started showing subsidence and the springs were creaking like crazy. A man came from MCB Furniture itself and he indeed found subsidence and indicated that it needed to be repaired and was transferred to another company who would then repair it. After asking 10 times, someone finally comes. he came and said that is normal, if you sit on it then that is normal. the squeaking is also part of it. not to film. So if you buy a sofa from MCB you are not allowed to sit on it. I will definitely never buy anything from them again. they are arrogant people. Until the sale they are really very friendly, then a dragon will emerge from among them. stay away people. they are not the cheapest, so you pay too much for poor quality.
